Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your DSRPT purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help.
We have a 7-business-day refund/return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can either fill out contact form on our website or email us at support@dsrpt.club with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Please note that shipping fees aren't refundable, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility: Items returned after 7 business days from delivery, your item must be unworn and unused, in original condition with no external defects, stains, or damage, and include all original packaging materials (tags, bags, boxes, etc.). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Next Steps: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@dsrpt.club.
